From our offices in Killin, Perthshire “Mr Steam” has been successfully trading for some twenty years delivering a consistently reliable specialist cleaning service for our clients.

Along the way we have gained valuable expertise and experience to say nothing of the friendships forged during this time. We have a reputation for service that is second to none and of which we are rightly proud. Our activities have extended greatly from steam cleaning and pressure washing (hence our name) and our client base has become more varied and interesting. We still employ these methods in some of our operations but encompass a much wider range of services and light maintenance .

All operations are designed to ensure minimum site disturbance and obstruction . We understand our clients requirement to ensure production is not compromised and therefore we routinely work out of hours ,weekends, holiday and shut down periods as a matter of course.

“Mr. STEAM” supplies all labour , materials and equipment although we do ask for an on site fresh water supply where necessary. We are totally committed to customer service and satisfaction and to this end we use only the most up to date plant and materials . All operatives and staff undergo continuous training to ensure we adhere to the latest legislation appertaining to our business.

Where we have to work at height we will either scaffold and sheet or use a mobile platform. All staff carrying out this work will have the appropriate certification.

For rail related work our operatives are PTS certificated as a minimum requirement.

Safety is , of course , of paramount importance so following a site survey we will produce and submit Method Statements, Risk Assessments and MSDS’s where applicable
